The people behind the work.
About.
A focused practice built around the practitioners who do the work.
the team.
A principal-led practice across systems engineering, product, architecture, development, and AI. The work has spanned ultra-low-latency trading platforms, institutional-scale programmes, and full operating-model and AI-native transformations – inside heavily regulated environments across Switzerland, the European Union, and the Middle East. Long-horizon engagements, measured by what ships and holds.
Technical excellence is the starting point. We have always built – the AI-native moment changed the tools and accelerated the work. The same people who designed and shipped those systems now design and ship the agent fleets that run alongside them. Builders, not users.
We make AI legible to founders, owners, boards, and executive teams. We make it real for the engineering and operations teams who will use it every day.
Headquartered in Switzerland, with a global delivery network. The core is small by design; named partners across geographies activate when an engagement calls for additional capacity – sub-contracted under one brand, one accountability, one point of contact.
You can outsource the thinking to AI, but not the understanding.
the founder.
Radek Krejza
Systems engineer, product manager, and chief technology officer who has spent two decades inside regulated finance – UBS, Barclays, Credit Suisse, and Bitcoin Suisse, Switzerland’s largest crypto-finance broker. He has owned trading, treasury, credit, and market-data platforms, designed the systems beneath them, and led the engineers, product owners, and analysts who built them.
Across finance and e-commerce, he leads AI-native transformations – the strategy and vision, then the systems to deliver it, built with a team of experts: in-house AI platforms, an operating model rebuilt AI-native, and a system that builds systems – agents across the delivery pipeline, in production.
Advising executive teams on AI strategy and architecture, he has also co-founded companies of his own. To him, a company is a system – worked from the engineering floor to the boardroom – which is why the work carries across industries. He writes the strategy, runs the agents, and reviews the code.
How we engage.
We engage one client at a time, deeply. The cadence, the scope, and the outcome are agreed before anything starts – and the work is done directly, by the people you met.
The shape is bespoke: weeks for an assessment, months for a transformation, ongoing for an advisory cadence. Every engagement begins with a diagnosis and ends with a deliverable the executive team can decide against and the engineering team can build from.
What we say no to.
The clearest signal of how a practice works is what it refuses to do.
- We don’t resell tools and call it strategy.
- We don’t ship pilots with no path to production.
- We don’t take an engagement we’re not the right people for.
- If we don’t think you’ll succeed, we say so – before the work begins.

A short note about the question that needs answering, or the system that needs building. The shape follows the answer.
