How we work.
The Method.
One spine. Three shapes. We assess how your business runs, design what it should become, and build it AI-native – at the cadence each situation calls for.
The engagement spine
Assess, Design, Build – one continuous engagement. We run the stages together or stand any one up on its own, at the cadence each situation calls for.
The three shapes, up close.
Each stage of the spine, in detail. They run together or stand alone – sequenced to fit the situation.
Some situations call for a strategic conversation, not a delivery – board-level, CTO-shaped, AI questions to answer before the work can be scoped. The shape is bespoke; the scope and outcome are agreed before anything starts.
The build engine underneath it all is the AI-SDLC – plain-language intent to working software that maintains itself.
How an engagement runs.
Not one delivery – layered tracks across Assess, Design, and Build. Audits run in parallel; design follows what they surface; build sequences against the decisions design makes. The map below is a typical shape. Every engagement is its own.
