Some situations call for a strategic conversation, not a delivery – board-level, CTO-shaped, AI questions to answer before the work can be scoped. The shape is bespoke; the scope and outcome are agreed before anything starts.

The build engine underneath it all is the AI-SDLC – plain-language intent to working software that maintains itself.
